You Need to Dream Awake!

Reality is bleak when you don’t attach meaning to it. When you infuse it with dreams, it becomes more fascinating. You have something to wake up for every single day.
The first leg of your journey from utter blindness is to dream again. Your world does not stop with the loss of your senses. It begins again.
What I find funny about dreams is that we tend to attach a sort of vague hope to them most of the time. We seem to spend an awful lot of time contemplating a distant future when all of our dreams come true instead of actually trying to make them come true now.
And let’s face it, it doesn’t work like that. We have to live our dreams by fulfilling them while we’re wide awake.
How can you manage to dream awake when your life isn’t conducive to such a great activity?
Struggling in life, feeling unfortunate, and embracing hopelessness at any given moment is expected. You can’t be happy and successful all the time. There are peaks and valleys in life that you have to make the most if you want to achieve your dreams.
